Rhonda M. Smith is a ten-year breast cancer survivor and founded Breast Cancer Partner (BCP), a for profit consultancy. Since founding BCP, Rhonda has been a committed advocate, educator, and change agent helping to improve to breast cancer outcomes for the underserved and communities of color. She has consulting expertise in health disparities and in leading/managing community-based strategic Initiatives that address closing the gap in health disparities.
Rhonda currently serves as the Interim Executive Director for Integrative Medicine for the Underserved (IM4US). Prior to this role, she served as the IM4US Board President-elect. For the three years prior, Rhonda was the Project Director for the LiveHealthy OC Initiative, a three-year initiative that aims to transform the model of care of a network of FQHCs from a disease-focused treatment model to prevention and wellness model, providing more whole person care.
Rhonda also was the Consultant/Statewide Project Director for the Susan G. Komen® Circle of Promise California Initiative, a statewide initiative to decrease breast cancer disparities and improve outcomes for African American women.
