Ms. Haeger is founder and CEO of Transformative Health Solutions Group (THSG), which provides professional consulting services for corporate, non-profit, and advocacy development. She has a deep history of strategic vision and skillful execution that has been central to the success of significant initiatives in the health and wellness market. In over 20 years of executive leadership and management Haeger has consistently demonstrated proven results in strategic business growth – developing ethical value propositions for market application to consumer, B2B, and public policy markets – and evolving highly productive national and international influencer networks.

Haeger has focused expertise in the rapidly changing healthcare marketplace where significant business opportunities are developing for genomics, integrative and holistic health, nutraceuticals, and patient engagement technology solutions. She has served as a frequent national speaker, addressing consumer and market issues at academic and legislative forums, government agency meetings, consumer and trade shows, health boards and in broadcast media. Her success at building alliances with national and regional trade and consumer groups leverages relational networks with politicians, celebrities, business leaders and health care advocates, translating shared concerns into powerful partnerships.

Haeger serves as Strategic Development Consultant to Howard University’s National Human Genome Center for development of a Joint Center for Genomics to apply translational outcomes research toward eliminating disparities in health outcomes for multicultural populations.

Haeger defined and implemented strategic organizational development for Amen Clinics, Inc., as General Manager for their Clinic Division where she was responsible for strategic growth, clinical services delivery and operational management of six integrative psychiatric medical/neuroimaging clinics in the United States.

Other assignments include Ross University (division of DeVry Inc.), Director Strategic Brand and Communications, New Hope Natural Media/Penton Media, Vice President Strategic Global Affairs, Citizens For Health, President and CEO and ECONET, Inc. (Unigen, Univera, AloeCorp), Vice President Business Development-Wellness. Her career began as co-founder and President of Ascent Marketing, a specialist marketing and communications company.

THSG is partnered with Resource Partners and Medical Home Development Group, providing services to Managed Care Organizations, Accountable Care Organizations, Independent Physician practices and large group practices, Hospital-based practices, and Military-based practices.
